The Thomas Fire devastated our community, from Ojai to Santa Barbara. Then came the mudslides, killing many, destroying more homes. Our own architect, Dylan Chappell, lost his home. Vining Construction has worked with Dylan Chappell on several projects together and we consider his firm an integral part of our team.
